We accept Paypal, personal checks, and US Postal money orders from customers in the USA. Foreign customers must pay by Paypal. Checks take seven to ten business days to clear, and shipment is held until they do. Paypal orders and postal money order transactions are shipped immediately.
We ship by U.S. Postal Service, Insured Priority Mail in the U.S. Other arrangements will be made for foreign buyers. Foreign buyers please note: We will not falsify documents or addresses on customs forms.
We accept returns ONLY under the following conditions:
1. We must receive telephone or email notification before any returns are made. Item may not be returned until we respond, and agree to take the return.
2. Notification must be made within 24 hours of your receipt of the item.
3. The item must be returned to us in the same condition in which it was when it left us, by 2nd Day Priority Mail or UPS, insured for the full amount, and must reach us within seven days of our acceptance. We cannot accept returns of items damaged after your receipt, either by breakage, distortion, loss of stones or other parts, by application of testing acids or attempts to clean them using improper methods. Nor can we accept late returns, partial returns of matching sets or lots nor refund any shipping or insurance charges.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION AND AUTHORIZATION, WILL BE CONSIDERED GIFTS TO US, OR (AT OUR DISCRETION) WE WILL ASSESS A SUBSTANTIAL RE-STOCKING FEE EQUAL TO 40% OF THE RETAIL SALE PRICE OF THE ITEM.
