Item#WF9: 1939 NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR SCARF/NECKERCHIEF. Brilliant orange/yellow scarf would not fit in the scanner, so only one corner shown. It hs the Trylon and Perisphere, and the other three corners show different buildings from the Fair. Ships and shooting stars are scattered all over the scarf. Alternating brown triangles for the border. 16 inches square with rolled and hand stitched border. Appears to be made of rayon. Excellent condition. SOLD.

When flipped from the back, it tells the comical story of a man with a bulging headache, who gets releif by taking Bromo Seltzer. When flipped from the front, it depicts a hula dancer wiggling. Item #TB4391 - TB4395: 1964 NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR US STEEL ASHTRAYS. All four picture the Unisphere in blue, white and gold. Backs are all in gold, say "C. 1961 NYWF, Presented by US Steel", and tell the story of the Unisphere. Measure 4" in diameter. All are in excellent condition except #4393, which has a few small spots of missing gold around the rim. SOLD
